Sujata Patel is a Clinical Nutritionist of Greenwich Hospital’s Center for Integrative Medicine.
Sujata received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics from M S University, Baroda, India. She is a graduate of New York University, where she received her Master of Arts in Clinical Nutrition. Sujata is also credentialed by the Clinical Nutrition Certification Board and she has also earned certification in Green medicine from The New York Open Center. Sujata received a certificate from the Institute of Functional Medicine, after having completing the educational activity titled “Applying Functional Medicine In Clinical Practice".
Sujata is credentialed as a Registered Dietitian, a Certified Dietitian - Nutritionist and a Certified Clinical Nutritionist. Sujata places the utmost emphasis on preventive medicine, helping patients to make wise lifestyle choices regarding foods and their preparation, herbs and nutrients.
