The Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art Lifefitness® equipment including treadmills, elliptical cross trainers, and Lifecycles®, all with personal viewing screens and a full line of circuit weight training machines. Personal trainers and nutritionist experts are always available to instruct and help you set and meet your every goal. Enjoy personal training sessions on your own or with a friend. |
 
Classes in yoga, mat pilates, circuit training, and indoor cycling are offered on a daily basis.
 
Separate locker facilities for men and women, each with steam and sauna rooms. A private massage room hosts expert massage therapists available to work out the kinks and relax your muscles. The fitness center also features mounted TVs and a music sound system. And, best of all, is the atmosphere. Work out in the serenity of our upper-floor, natural sunlight-filled exercise room that boasts an open floor plan with surrounding windows and majestic water views. |
