GWC added new and extended yoga classes managed by Michele Macintosh (formerly of Glow Yoga). About Michele Macintosh: When I first began to seriously practice yoga it was in all honesty the physical workout that attracted me to it. After many hours on my yoga mat, the transformation from yoga as a great workout to opening these amazing spaces in my life has been so rewarding. It has led to many changes in the whole of my life, some painful and others joyful. During this journey, I have built and directed yoga studios, taught private instruction, attended teacher trainings, learned from famous teachers in midst hundreds of students and from gifted teachers in small neighborhood studios. But my greatest teacher has been my daily self practice, for wherever you go there you are… and with that information greatness can happen! So, here I am today with more wisdom, appreciation and enthusiasm about practicing and teaching yoga – I mean really exposing people to yoga so they may be their own guide in this discovery process.
